Join one of Brisbanes leading hospitality teams and be part of unforgettable event experiences!
The Fresh Collective a premier hospitality and events company is seeking experienced and passionate Head Waiters to join our growing Brisbane team.
Youll work across some of Brisbanes most iconic venues including:
- Waters Edge at Portside Wharf
- Riverlife at Kangaroo Point
- Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane

What We Expect From Our Head Waiters
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Well-presented personable and professional
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Confident carrying 3 plates and performing full beverage tray service
- Comfortable working across a variety of events from conferences and cocktail parties to weddings and large-scale functions
- Proven leadership in supervising or supporting FOH teams
- Valid QLD RSA and full working rights in Australia
- Other FOH or barista skills are highly regarded
