Job Summary
Must serve as a Chick-fil-A Brand Ambassador within our team to our guests and within our community. Must be able to lead others and be a critical component in ensuring that Chick-fil-A Lake Charles policies and procedures are carried out and our mission becomes our reality.
As part of Chick-fil-As commitment to the personal and professional growth of its Leadership and Management teams the company invests heavily in consulting and coaching for leadership staff. The Manager position is expected to actively participate in these consulting and coaching sessions as part of their growth and development journey.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Reports to the Operator and the Operators Directors
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for safe efficient and mission-focused daily operations
- Identify and help relieve bottlenecks in the operations
- Facilitate daily operational requirements i.e. Training Checklists SAFE Daily Critical eRQA Feedback/Coaching and Disciplinary Issues
- Protect and contribute to the sustainment of a healthy culture
- Communication to Director on staffing needs
- Provides feedback on Team Member performance upon request.
- Ensure disciplinary items are being addressed and providing coaching opportunities that align with core values
- Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination between FOH & BOH to ensure seamless operational excellence across all dayparts.
- Ensure catering is set up and executed with excellence
- Check in with FOH & BOH shift leads to ensure their shift is set up for success
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure business demands are met.
- Partner to improve systems that assist in the stewardship of our Food Cost.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a level of cleanliness throughout the day that would meet both brand standards and local health & safety requirements.
- Protect the brand and the business by aiming to achieve the highest food safety expectations & standards
- Ensuring guests experience operates at the highest standards consistently across all dayparts
- Ensuring equipment is properly cared for by maintaining required equipment maintenance on a daily basis.
- Consistently demonstrate how to go the second mile and maintain hospitality with our guests on a daily basis
- Maintain existing systems processes and procedures and provide input/feedback into creating new systems within the business.

- Assist in maintaining speed of service and order accuracy
- Uphold team members to the expectations of their job and performance.
- Responsible for contacting approved vendors or CFA support for any issues that arise during shift.
- Embrace exponential growth both professionally and personally while applying and modeling it to the rest of the team.
- 4 year college degree preferred and/or a minimum of 5 years business experience in leadership roles with proven results.
- Effectively communicate and interpret business results
Benefits
- Pay of $20.00 per hour based on a 36-40 hour workweek with an annualized salary of approximately $37400-$41600
