For this opportunity were looking for someone who can translate business strategy into plans establish measurable targets evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions identify risks and recommend actions.
You will have experience in a similar financial controlling role within an international organisation fostering a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to financial business planning. The opportunity is available from both our Adderbury or Stockport offices with hybrid working flexibility available.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process.
Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Performing financial analysis reporting to business managers and making suggestions to improve performance.
Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Controllers Shared Service Centre and others to identify and discuss issues and suggest improvements.
Experience & Qualifications:
Ideally educated to a degree level in Finance Economics Business Administration or another relevant field of study.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar financial controlling role within a multinational business environment.
Strong focus on compliance governance and procedures both internal and external.
A collaborative solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability and willingness to travel for business up to 5% of the year.
Demonstrates proactivity teamwork skills problem-solving solving and result orientation.
