You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you a visual storyteller with a passion for creating compelling multimedia content The Harris County Attorneys Office (HCAO) is seeking a Multimedia Communications Coordinator to join our Communications and Outreach Division.The Harris County Attorney is the chief civil legal officer for Harris County. Our office represents the County elected officials and employees in legal matters and works on behalf of the residents through strategic litigation and enforcement of laws that protect the public.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help tell the story of our work through impactful imagery and video. From filming press conferences to creating digital campaigns youll help us elevate the visibility of our office and connect with the community.This position reports to the Communications Manager and plays a key role in advancing the mission and initiatives of HCAO through strategic multimedia storytelling. This position may oversee interns.

Located in downtown Houston the Harris County Attorneys Office represents Harris County government the Harris County Flood Control District the Harris County Toll Road Authority and the Greater Harris County 9-1-1 Emergency Network in all civil matters including lawsuits. The office also provides legal advice to county officials and employees.
Position Type and Typical Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday however work hours may vary depending on departmental needs.
Working Environment andPhysical Demands:
This job typically operates in a professional office environment and the attorney in this role uses standard office equipment such as computers printers scanners/copiers and phones.
This is largely a sedentary role exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body.
Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
