Swansea Wood School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Swansea Wood provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOU will be responsible for working collaboratively with all departments at Swansea Wood School.
- YOU will provide supervision to staff from diverse backgrounds creating an environment of inclusion.
- YOU will be responsible for ensuring program complies with all federal state funding and city regulations and licensing requirements.
- YOU will lead and assist department heads with general operations in all aspects of the program.
- YOU will lead all on-boarding hiring and training within the program.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Bachelors degree in psychology education social work or a related field is required. Masters degree is preferred.
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a residential and educational program with students that experience emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- Applicants must have experience or the ability to learn how to manage supervise and develop staff.
- Applicants must maintain a valid drivers license and have access to reliable transportation.
- Candidates with diverse background and bilingual capacity are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
