DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates and enters all incidents into the Risk Management database and provides support assistance to the Risk & Safety Supervisor. Coordinates and maintains OSHA logs and conduct data entry into Aclaimant for root cause analysis. Coordinates and provides assistance in the Monthly Safety Meetings; Coordinate with adjusters from third party administrators for information regarding claims when requested.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review and record security documents into a database system.
- Maintain confidentiality; answers phones and collects data for the investigation of guest and employee claims for the third party administrator.
- Interacts with all departments to provide a safe work environment.
- Assist and prepare the risk profile for the audit that is conducted by corporate annually.
- Conducts safety inspections of the property weekly.
- Assist in maintaining the Aclaimant program which records all Observations Weekly Inspections
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years experience in a related field Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer knowledge as applicable including the ability to work in a database Word and Excel.
- Must have good organizational skills Workers Compensation and General Liability claims experience
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Fast paced environment.
- Must be able to walk work and stand inside and outside occasionally in heat in excess of 115 degrees or cold in excess of 10 degrees.
- Able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to stoop bend jump twist crouch grip and carry heavy loads and maneuver quickly on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs.
- Able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Able to speak read and understand English.
- Able to see and also remember the specific details of incidents and persons.
- Must be able to make rational decisions when handling guests and employees.
- Ability to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.
- Must be able to bend twist turn squat and rotate body.
- Must be able to lift above the head occasionally.
- Run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs.
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
