Position Overview
Far Ridgeline Engagements a QinetiQ US company is seeking an experienced Targeter or Organizational Mapping Specialist to support the visualization and analysis of complex organizational structure both CONUS and OCONUS. The goal is to discover relationships between entities and individuals. This role requires the individual to think and act as both investigator and red team member. You will both investigate and red team the entities discovered. The individual will be turning fragmented and ambiguous data inter actionable information.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Education or experience in lieu of education: Bachelors degree; or 5-years of military service; or 5-years of comparable civilian sector work experience
- Military/Government Training: must Investigative skills.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in the following:
- Deep Research/Investigations
- Research/Investigation Plan Development
- Organization Mapping
- Threat Vector Identification
- Vulnerability Identification
Required TS/SCI #qinetiqclearedjob
Preferred Qualifications
- Training: Social Network Analysis Mapping and Targeting
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in the following:
- Management/leadership
- 3 years experience mapping relationships
- Ability to self-direct/initiative
- Excellent communication skills including briefing GO/FO and Senior Executives preparing executive level reports and assessments
- Technical
- 3 years Analysis and Assessment writing
- Tracking/assessment of AdTech/AdId marketing and business information
- Understanding of geolocation data
- HUMINT Targeting
- 3 years experience physical resources/asset tracing
- Tools experience
- Experience with i2 Analyst Notebook Maltego or equivalent tools
- Experience with AdTech AdIDs WiFi mapping tools
