This role is on-campus - FALL 2025 Responsibilities include: - Using AutoCAD to design detailed drawings of products.
- Draft/reverse-engineer drawings based upon sample parts.
- Maintain drawing database.
- Communicate with engineering sales and production personnel.
- Correspond with customers regarding product details.
. Qualifications: - Working towards Associates Degree or Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Engineering or related program.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Understanding of metal stamped and machined parts or technical aptitude
- Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail.
To be successful in this position a candidate will need knowledge of engineering concepts along with experience using AutoCAD software. We are willing to be flexible with your schedule to accommodate classes.
