Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Role Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads through various sources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Effectively follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design effective campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in executing strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data and adapt strategies.
  • Knowledge of the industry and competitors.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • High level of motivation and a passion for sales.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
