Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various sources.

- Support the sales team in executing strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in an inside sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to assess market data and adapt strategies.
- Knowledge of the industry and competitors.

- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales role.
