Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Support daily operations and coordinate sales activities to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for performance evaluation.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to goal setting and tracking.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Track sales profits and losses to ensure departments meet financial goals.
  • Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and report findings effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to address them.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and conferences.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
