Patrol Stories is a YouTube channel dedicated to real-life police incidents and crime stories delivering engaging and informative content to a global audience.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a YouTube Content Growth Manager to drive audience expansion engagement and content strategy for Patrol Stories. The ideal candidate should have a data-driven approach to content optimization strong creative instincts and expertise in YouTube analytics trends and SEO strategies. This is a full-time office-based role in Gurgaon (Monday Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Growth Planning: Develop and execute a long-term growth roadmap for the YouTube channel identifying content opportunities that drive higher engagement and viewership.

Trend & Audience Insights: Analyze YouTube trends competitor strategies and audience behavior to optimize video topics formats and posting schedules.

Video Optimization & SEO: Implement best practices for titles thumbnails descriptions tags and metadata to enhance visibility and organic reach.

Team Coordination: Work closely with scriptwriters video editors and marketing teams to produce high-quality and engaging content aligned with audience interests.

YouTube Monetization & Performance Tracking: Oversee analytics ad revenue and audience retention metrics to maximize monetization opportunities.

Collaboration & Community Engagement: Drive community interactions through comment engagement polls and strategic collaborations with influencers or other creators.

Content Testing & Experimentation: A/B test different content styles thumbnail designs and video structures to refine content performance strategies.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in YouTube content growth digital media strategy or online content creation.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO audience retention techniques and algorithm trends.
Proven ability to analyze performance data and develop growth strategies.
Experience in documentary-style crime or investigative content is a plus.
Familiarity with YouTube monetization advertising strategies and revenue growth tactics.
Bachelor s degree in Media Marketing Communications or a relevant field.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Work from Office).
