Position : SALES MANAGER TENDER
Location : BANDRA
Experience : 8 to 12 Yrs.
Salary : UPTO 12 LPA
Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Tender Strategy and Leadership:
Formulate and execute comprehensive tendering strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Lead a high-performing team of tendering professionals fostering innovation and collaboration.
Represent the organization in pre-tender discussions negotiations and presentations.
Tender Preparation and Submission:
Oversee the end-to-end tendering process ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of
compelling bid documents.
Negotiation and Contract Finalization:
Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients focusing on achieving optimal terms and fostering
long-term partnerships.
Work closely with legal teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
Reporting and Performance Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of tender activities interactions and outcomes.
Skills Required:-
8 years of progressive experience in tendering sales or business development
within the petrochemical industry.
Proven leadership experience including managing and motivating high-performing teams.
Exceptional negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of petrochemical products industry trends and market dynamics.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
Demonstrated track record of successfully winning complex tenders and driving revenue
growth.
Should have experience in oil companies tender sales of IOCL BPCLHPCL
relationship building,negotiation skills,strategic planning,oil,market research,communication,leadership,tendering,market analysis,data analysis,sales strategy,pipeline management,tender,sales,tender management,team leadership,decision making,business development,negotiation,communication skills
