Job Description

Our Client the Employer!
We are an emerging and fast-growing facility management company headquartered in Mumbai operating across India. Our client has been operating in Idia for the last 15 years managing 1200 client locations with 13K plus deployment of people. They are ambitious to grow at 2X in the next three years and seek senior leaders to support and sustain the growth. They provide best-in-class FM solutions to large retail and mall clients ensuring operational excellence safety and customer satisfaction.

Purpose of the Role
The position will spearhead Mumbai business operations while based in Mumbai. I
This role will deliver Facility Services to multiple clients across four corners of India monitor EHS goals and profitability and develop people. The Business is growing at 2X; hence the person should be able to build synergies with Sales HR and Operations to sustain the growth.
This position reports to the Head of Operations India

Key Responsibilities:
Profit and Loss Management:
Assume responsibility for the profit and loss of the facilities management operations across Hyderabad including budgeting forecasting cost control and revenue generation including invoicing and collections.
Operations Delivery:
Drive the unit regional and central teams to oversee all aspects of facilities management operations including maintenance activities utility services vendor management and facility inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service delivery to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Technology Adaptation
The role holder must understand and be exposed to the latest technology AI interventions and Process Optimization strategies applicable to the Services Business.
Innovation
Must understand the evolving services space with corporations and industries ideate new service offerings energize the team to build prototypes and assist in implementation.
This is an overall P&L role.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration IHM or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in facilities management with at least 15 years of experience in a managerial role.
Do not apply if you have not worked in FM worked only in Admin or have never led P&L.

Background
Expert Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team including Grey and Blue collar to foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.

Performance Analysis:
Utilize analytical tools and metrics to assess operational performance identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety standards and industry best practices across all operations to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment for employees and clients. Must understand HSE and EHS parameters.

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans goals and initiatives that align with the companys objectives and drive sustainable growth in the facilities management business. Must have experience in managing SLA-based large contracts
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in utility maintenance HVAC systems electrical systems and building automation.

Age
We expect you not to exceed 47 years of age to have the maximum exuberance.

Compensation
The budgeted CTC 30 Lacs Per Annum depending on experience and past deliveries

This is an onsite full-time role based in Mumbai.
