Requirements

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CEO to shape and execute the company s growth strategy through robust financial planning scenario modeling and forecasting.
  
• Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting internal controls statutory reporting and month-end close processes ensuring accuracy and compliance across all locations by the 3rd working day.
  
• Performance Management: Monitor store-level P&L revenue margins inventory costs and shrinkage; deliver actionable insights to Operations Merchandising and Logistics teams.
  
• Capital & Cash Flow: Optimize working capital cash flow and capital expenditures; manage treasury relationships credit facilities and investment decisions.
  
• Risk & Compliance: Establish risk management frameworks oversee tax filings and audits and maintain full compliance with FIRS CAC and governance standards.
  
• Transformation Leadership: Lead financial aspects of new store due diligence ERP implementations vendor negotiations and business transformation initiatives.
  

• Seasoned Finance Executive: ACA/ACCA/CPA chartered accountant with a Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Economics (MBA preferred).
  
• Proven Leader: 10 15 years in progressive finance roles including at least 5 years as CFO or Finance Director ideally in retail or FMCG.
  
• Technical Expert: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle Dynamics) Excel Power BI and financial modeling.
  
• Regulatory Savvy: Deep understanding of Nigerian financial regulations tax laws and corporate governance.
  
• Inspirational Leader: Strong communication stakeholder management and team development skills under tight deadlines.
