Job Description
An exciting and fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join our small and friendly People and Health & Safety team that drives our employee experience journey through the People and Health & Safety Strategies. At Cornwall Housing were about delivering homes and services to the communities of Cornwall. But its your approach thats most important we need talented people who can work with others and who want to make a difference!
About the role
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to employees and managers in all areas of the service offering including people management issues recruitment learning & development and health & safety. Partnering with wider team colleagues to drive a comprehensive and holistic service offering.

To be successful youll have:
- Demonstrable HR administration experience on the full range of workplace employment matters.
- Competent in Microsoft 365.
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail an ability to deliver to deadlines and to prioritise effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Our offer to you
Salary: 24994 per year pro rata (12.96 per hour)
Working Hours: 25 hours per week. Must include Tuesdays at our Chy Trevail office in Bodmin.
Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 31 March 2026. Secondment opportunity available please speak to your manager before applying.
Base: Hybrid Working With an office base in Bodmin
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all our service users clients and role is subject to a basic DBS the role is working with vulnerable individuals and/or children and young people you will be asked to complete a relevant DBS check to be successfully appointed to the role.
