About the Y Northern Territory (Y NT):

The Opportunity:
As a Finance Business Partner you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and performance of the Y Northern Territory. Working closely with the Financial Controller youll bring data to life helping operational teams make sound financial decisions manage grant funding maintain assets and ensure strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely high-quality financial reports and insights
- Support budget forecast and financial modelling processes
- Monitor grant funding and prepare acquittals
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and manage asset lifecycle
- Provide analysis for strategic decision-making and risk management
- Drive financial literacy and accountability across the organisation
- Assist with audits controls and financial governance
About You:
- Minimum 2 years in finance or accounting
- Degree-qualified (or working towards) in accounting finance or business
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems (QuickBooks Online highly regarded)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Driven organised and passionate about community impact
- Willingness to travel within the Northern Territory
- NT C Class Driver Licence

Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
