ClaimsPro LP - International Programs GroupCustomer Support Specialist - Full Time Remote (Little Rock Arkansas US)Reporting to the Specialty Group Team Lead the Customer Support Specialist is responsible for certain programs and the day-to-day upkeep of claims.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for client claims
- Maintains Claim Databases
- Sets up all new claims within the required time frame
- Answer all phone calls for client programs
- Provides follow up to all open claims in client systems and claim files
- Fills in on other programs when needed
- Attends monthly team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Competencies
- Strong writing skills and proper use of grammar to document claim file notes clearly with all communications and activities that occur during of handling the claim.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Communicator (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of concurrent tasks
- Work collaboratively with others inside and outside the company
Environment/Working Conditions:
- Only US residents will be considered
- Dynamic environment with tight deadlines number and changing priorities

- Office environment including prolonged periods of computer use
- Location: Remote working but may require some travel to home office etc.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 10am and 7pm
