The adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment efforts across various departments within the organization. This role will work closely with Business Development Proposal Team and Program Management in support of current ongoing and future recruitment needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with leadership to understanding and developing effective recruiting strategies and have involvement with the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This role will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while upholding our commitment to diversity equity inclusion and belonging.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must have skills and abilities to work independently organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong verbal skills professional in their presentation have a can do/team attitude be detailed-oriented and have flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Must be proficient in using software programs including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint to produce a wide range of documents quickly and accurately as well as using ADP Workforce Now and internet job databases.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple changing priorities using sound judgment and diplomacy.
- Must have the confidence to speak with potential candidates and will be comfortable generating candidate leads cold calling networking and research to quickly qualify and assess their potential candidacy.
- Applied solid knowledge of HR practices and Recruiting methodology sourcing cleared and non-cleared candidates across multiple labor categories preferred.
- Government Contracting experience is preferred.
- Proven success identifying and placing candidates in various fields preferred.
- May be asked to represent company onsite with government customer or to maintain successful employee relationships.

Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Experience:
- 5 years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years in government contracting or federal staffing.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for cleared positions (Secret Top Secret TS/SCI etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to support a variety of contract types (e.g. IDIQs BPAs cost-plus firm-fixed-price).
- Experience with high-volume staffing for DoD DHS or other federal agencies.
- Strong organizational skills reflecting ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starting individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
- Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in proposal recruiting surge hiring and rapid mobilization.
- Familiarity with military transition programs and veteran hiring.
- Understanding of FAR/DFARS as it relates to recruiting and personnel requirements.
