Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour
Full time: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:30pm Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (part-time hours not currently available)
A little bit about Marshall:
Marshall Pediatric Therapy a family-owned company founded by Pam Marshall OTR/L in 2013 is driven by a heartfelt mission: to help families build skills for life. Pams husband Jim Marshall joined her in 2018 bringing his leadership expertise to their shared dream which blossomed from a lifelong passion for supporting children teens and parents. Pams early experiences at Columbus Childrens Hospital sharing tender moments and tears with mothers in the neonatal intensive care unit deeply resonated with her highlighting the challenges and often lonely journey of parenthood. This became their calling. Jims 29 years working with youth and families in church settings and raising their five children solidified their desire to offer families more than just excellent therapythey wanted to provide genuine encouragement and love. They know firsthand the power of community having experienced its embrace during their own parenting journey. Embracing the idea that it takes a village Marshall Pediatric Therapy has become that village for over 2000 families in Central Kentucky. Their commitment extends beyond the child or parent encompassing every team member fostering a supportive environment where everyone helps each other thrive.

- Prepare treatment spaces for patient treatment as outlined by the therapist and according to the clinic standard of treatment
- Clean treatment areas supplies linens and workspaces to maximize face-to-face treatment time with patients. Stock linen and prepare treatment areas daily; treatment areas are to be maintained throughout each working day
- Follow all safety procedures and precautions when assisting with patient treatment
- Observe patient development during sessions and document their response
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with any administrative duties as led by the front office team to allow for the best patient experience. Train on front office duties as a backup in rush times or for coverage needs
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families colleagues referral sources and community agencies
**This position will also have the unique opportunity to be cross-trained in our front office associate role and help out as needed.
