As an IT Business Analyst youll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions driving automation improving workflows and ensuring seamless delivery across projects. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and challenges business requirements translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Identifies process inefficiencies and proposes optimization strategies.
- Collaborates with Process Owners and Key Users to build and maintain documentation (Functional Specs Test Plans).
- Supports IT teams throughout project phases ensuring alignment and quality.
- Tracks project progress and communicates updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of IT systems and technical environments (automation experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ideally Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proactive organized and client-focused.

(Hybrid work with 2 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
