Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership of IT functions across all manufacturing sites.
- Ensure reliable IT services and infrastructure that support plant operations production scheduling and overall technical management.
- Standardize systems tools and security protocols across facilities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead implementation and support of enterprise systems such as ERP (Epicor) MES and SCADA.
- Partner with plant managers and operations teams to align IT with production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop IT staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. NIST ISO CMMC) and oversee cybersecurity efforts across the enterprise.
- Develop and manage the IT budget and capital planning for multi-site needs.
- Maintain vendor relationships and service-level agreements for software hardware and managed services.
- Travel between sites regularly to ensure consistent service delivery and support local IT needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
- 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a management role supporting manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies: ERP MES SCADA industrial networks and systems integration.
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure cloud platforms cybersecurity and disaster recovery.
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage multi-site technology deployments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft .Net platform and GITHub as well as current development standards.
- Certifications such as PMP ITIL or CISSP are advantageous.
