Join Our Team as a Data Entry Clerk at Think Tell Junction
Think Tell Junction We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems which are vital for our operational success. As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for inputting updating and maintaining information in various databases and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting and updating data into company databases and systems
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data before entry
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors
- Generating reports and summaries from the database as needed
- Maintaining data confidentiality and security at all times
- Coordinating with different departments to gather required information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 wpm
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with database software and data management systems
