Qualifications: - Experience directly supporting the HOA Board of Directors including Board packet preparation and Board meeting Minute preparation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication abilities and customer service skills.
- Highly proficient skill in organization and functioning well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel and Outlook.
- Two years of experience in the HOA industry is preferred.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Job Duties: - Create Bi-Monthly Board Packets for two monthly Board of Directors meetings and any special meetings of the Board.
- Maintain the association databases.
- Serve as the primary administrative support for Association Operations.
- Assist residents via phone email and in person addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in processing Design Review (ARC) Applications.
- Take Board meeting minutes.
- Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk.
- Support the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community.
- Additional administrative tasks assigned.
