Job Description

Assistant Community Manager Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond WA)
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a premier resort-style 55 active adult community located in scenic Redmond Washington. Home to 1522 residences the community is nestled among lush green spaces and miles of forested trails offering an exceptional natural environment for its members. In addition to its breathtaking surroundings Trilogy boasts a wide array of high-end amenities and facilities designed to support an active and engaged lifestyle
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager.This position offers Benefits after 60 days of employment: including Medical/Vision/Dental and PTO accrual.
Qualifications:
  • Experience directly supporting the HOA Board of Directors including Board packet preparation and Board meeting Minute preparation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and customer service skills.
  • Highly proficient skill in organization and functioning well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Two years of experience in the HOA industry is preferred.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
Job Duties:
  • Create Bi-Monthly Board Packets for two monthly Board of Directors meetings and any special meetings of the Board.
  • Maintain the association databases.
  • Serve as the primary administrative support for Association Operations.
  • Assist residents via phone email and in person addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in processing Design Review (ARC) Applications.
  • Take Board meeting minutes.
  • Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk.
  • Support the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community.
  • Additional administrative tasks assigned.

  • Strong team player willing to help and assist others when needed.
