We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will assist Program Managers in the development and production efforts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our international partners. What You Will Do:
Support the management of all aspects of program cost schedule and technical execution to ensure predictable performance outcomes.
Perform risk and opportunity (R&O) management including program revenue and profit recognition to minimize organizational risk.
Be accountable for profit and loss Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial metric reviews.
Develop and review cost proposals conduct management reviews for approval.
Regularly interface with internal partners across Raytheon business units and external suppliers/customers at both domestic and international locations.
Expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree in project management business administration engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in program or project management.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications We Value:
Prior experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) is preferred.
Effective written interpersonal and presentation skills
Exceptional analytical quantitative and technical aptitude.
Strong business communication and presentation skills.
Proven leadership experience and the ability to work cooperatively across multiple levels of the organization from program leadership teams to functional experts.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
