Job Description
Position Overview
Keep our communities fed.Our focus is simple but meaningful from our distribution centers to our offices every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families neighbors and communities. As a Repack Selector you will be responsible for selecting individual items from bulk packages in repack aisles maintaining order of repack aisles and racking pallets of incoming product.

- Earn $23.00 per hour
- Full time 2nd Shift
- Sun Mon Thurs Fri - 5:00pm - 1:30am
- 500 North St Windsor Locks CT 06096
You will contribute by:
- Reading order sheet and finding items in repack area
- Removing units from full cases in specified quantities
- Putting away any incoming product
- Checking quantities of pickslots and filling as needed
- Staging product for loaders
- Ensuring item pick accuracy and safety of product to prevent product damage
- Maintaining sanitation in the aisles according to policy and procedure
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Whats a great way to stay in shape
- Continually Standing bending pulling lifting pivoting up to 90% of shift
- Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete tile carpet etc.
- Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
- Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
- Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
- Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
