Base Uncapped Commission OTE $120K
Remote Field Applications & Technical Sales Up to 50% Travel

Were looking for a Regional Sales Engineer with strong communication skills and technical experienceideally in torque tools PLC integration or industrial automationwho can bridge the gap between customer needs and engineered solutions.
What Youll Do:
Drive sales growth and technical adoption across TX OK AR and LA
Lead product demonstrations and onsite evaluations with manufacturing and assembly customers
Support both end users and authorized resellers delivering technical guidance and training
Provide application support troubleshoot technical issues and design solutions
Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Product Management to support strategic accounts
Build new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones through consultative engagement
What You Bring:
5 years in technical sales applications engineering or solutions support in a mechanical/electromechanical setting
Strong technical foundationfamiliarity with torque systems PLCs sensors or automation equipment
Experience working with both end users and resellers (reseller experience is a plus)
Proficiency with CRM and remote tools (HubSpot NetSuite Zoom Microsoft Office)
Bachelors in Engineering Industrial Tech or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel 4050% within the region
