The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is one of Australias leading names in sport events and property development. From world class horse racing at Caulfield Ladbrokes Park (Sandown) and Mornington to hosting signature experiences like the Sandown V8 Supercars were at the heart of Melbournes major events scene.

Of course our most recognised event is our Caulfield Cup Carnival!
With 2025 looking to be the most impressive carnival yet. We are on the search for energetic and vibrant staff to join our team during the upcoming Sports bet Caulfield Cup Carnival and V8 Supercars event in Sandown where no two days will be the same.
We need car parkers food and beverage all-rounders baristas cocktail bartenders and la carte waiters to fill a wide variety of roles.

Register your expression of interest now. We will be hosting two scheduled open days one of which you will be required to attend:
- Open Day 1 Monday 14th July
- Open Day 2 Wednesday 16th July
- Open Day 3- Saturday 19th July
Essential Skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent customer service skills
- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- High standard of grooming and presentation
- Must be able to work as part of a team team morale and culture is an essential part of our workplace environment.
- Current Victorian RSA - or be willing to obtain (F&B specific)
