Job Description

As aBanking Clerk you will assist the business office with meeting accounting deadlines by entering invoices and reviewing and processing payments.
What youll be working on:
- Depositing checks to the bank electronically
- Reconciling daily cash checks and credit cards
- Receiving and recording payments
- Ensuring that accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Documenting and communicating short payments and unapplied cash with the DGDG ACH/Banking Team
- Reconciling account-related issues including accounting schedules
What you need to bring to the table:
- 1-year previous dealership experience preferred
- CDK or equivalent systems experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Ability to balance large volume accounts for multiple locations
- Detail-oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast learner that is open to change
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong communication and people skills both written and verbal
- Efficient time management to ensure daily tasks are completed
Salary:$20.00 - $30.00/hour.
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
