Job Description

The Opportunity:

Newcastle Anglican has a great opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to join the projects team. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by analysing systems and processes and converting complex data into meaningful information that enable sound decision making. We are looking for someone with not just technical skills but business project knowledge and background.

This is a Full Time 12-month contract.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify impacts risk and change requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure assigned processes are implemented.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to existing processes and systems to optimize performance and meet evolving business requirements.

About you

  • Degree qualification in Business Commerce or other relevant qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
