About the Role
Were seeking a Functional Analyst / Product Owner (Semi Senior or Senior) to join a growing digital banking initiative. This hybrid role blends functional analysis with product ownership responsibilities ensuring high-quality documentation strong business alignment and a user-centered approach to delivery.
Youll be a key bridge between business and tech ensuring that knowledge is preserved requirements are clear and that our team builds with purpose.
What Youll Be Doing

Translate business needs and user expectations into detailed functional specifications use cases and user stories

Create and maintain clear up-to-date documentation (requirements process flows manuals API documentation etc.)

Build a deep understanding of our platforms logic capabilities and business goals becoming the go-to person for product knowledge

Coordinate and execute functional testing to ensure product quality

Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback collection

Work closely with developers stakeholders and end-users to ensure alignment and shared understanding

Collaborate in shaping product vision prioritizing features and aligning development with strategic goals
What You Bring
-
4 years of experience in Functional Analysis or Product Ownership
-
Strong documentation skills including experience with user stories diagrams manuals and API references
-
Proven ability to gather define and clarify complex requirements with both business and technical teams
-
Experience planning and executing functional test cases and coordinating UAT sessions
-
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical and strategic perspectives
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-
(Nice to have) Familiarity with agile methodologies design thinking or lean product development
