Position Title - Engagement & Communication Specialist. Position Status - Part Time Hours are Monday through Friday 10 am to 2 pm Please send resume to: Position Summary Responsible for creating and publishing communications for the Parish. Creates unity and growth within the parish through engaging parishioners in all activities via parish communications. Knowledgeable in various office technology platforms and software. Position Responsibilities - Manages and ensures the full functioning of the platforms for the Parish website social and other media and email programs. Updates information and platforms as needed or requested. Ensures the information is current accurate and a positive representation of the Parish including lobby TVs outdoor sign livestreaming of mass and other events. Processes bulk emails and other forms of electronic communication on behalf of the Parish.
- Knowledgeable in setting up and troubleshooting audio visual for videos during events and programs.
- Editor for both the Bulletin and Overview processing on a weekly/monthly basis within deadlines.
- Responsible for overseeing the annual CSA campaign of the Parish including working with the Pastor/Administrator and others in the planning and scheduling of the campaign creating the presentation(s) communications adhering to the AOD program guidelines.
- Assists and supports other staff members as needed in the front office daily operations of the Parish.
- Maintains professional competency by continuing education and formation through regular attendance at workshops and seminars.
- Attend weekly staff meeting prepared with sharing an update of all events at parish during the week.
- Creative marketing and engagement skills to establish unity and growth within the parish.

Position Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proficiency in various forms of office technology.
- Strong knowledge of software programs.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding Parish and parishioner information and matters.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Communications(creation of event-specific graphic designs communication outreach using constant contact and upkeep of parish website) etc.
- Proficient in Parish Soft Google Suite Microsoft Canva Pro
