Job Description
Summary
The Overnight Scheduling Coordinator will work the late-night shift in charge of sending out the daily call sheets and address any call outs for the following day. They will also assist in any tasks assigned by the daytime Scheduling Coordinators and communicate to crew members any schedule changes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all productions are properly staffed for the following day.
- Follow-up with daily emails and requests to ensure that all needs have been addressed.
- Work with Staff Scheduling Coordinators to contact crews for availability and assist in compiling the crew schedules.
- Assist with the inputting of schedules into the scheduling system (Media Pulse).
- Running call sheets and traffic reports and checking for accuracy.
- Send out the daily call sheets for the following days productions.
- Check in the crew for the GMFB show and support staff.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling environment
- Experience with software systems such as Excel and Media Pulse.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Television Production experience a plus.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- Required to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Salary / Pay Range
This job posting contains a pay range which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes in good faith at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances where an external candidate has experience credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$32 - $35.02 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
