About the Role
As part of our heart-led customer experience team youll walk alongside our clients as they unlock their potential. Youll be a steady uplifting presence — offering guidance encouragement and support as they move through life-changing programs.
Youll help them stay on track stay inspired and step fully into who theyre meant to be.
What youll be doing:
- Checking in with clients regularly to keep them motivated and on course
- Offering thoughtful prompt support and solutions when questions arise
- Organising virtual events coaching calls and inspiring webinars
- Sharing feedback and insights to help us improve the customer experience
Youll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have experience in coaching customer care education or personal development
- Are emotionally intelligent empathetic and a strong communicator
- Enjoy working independently in a remote setting
- Stay organised focused and bring a calm can-do attitude
- Are truly passionate about helping people become their best selves
