- Lead and motivate a team of Studio Coordinators and Cerologists
- Host daily team huddles and regular 1:1s to set goals provide coaching and celebrate wins
- Create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and accountability
- Manage recruitment hiring onboarding training and scheduling
- Ensure a warm welcoming and seamless experience for every guest
- Monitor and enhance client retention satisfaction and loyalty
- Champion our Club Orange Loyalty Program and other promotions
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the studio is clean safe and fully stocked
- Monitor and manage inventory vendor relationships and supply orders
- Partner with ownership on key areas such as hiring HR compliance and P&L performance
- Maintain compliance with state board regulations and licensing
- Drive local marketing efforts to build awareness and generate new clients
- Manage social media presence and studio-level PR activities
- Represent Waxing the City in the community and build local partnerships
What You Bring
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of leadership or operations experience 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead coach and inspire a team
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in salon/spa beauty or fitness industry
- Background in business management or HR
- Familiarity with scheduling payroll and CRM systems
