As a Quick Lane Advisor You Will:
- Greet customers in a timely friendly manner and perform walk through on vehicles
- Customer Communication: Let customers know wait times communicate the nature of the mechanical issues provide estimates of labor and parts; contact customers for approval of services
- Keep service manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs and equipment
- Deliver vehicle to customer and explain service performed and answer any questions
- Refer any leads and prospects to sales departments
What You Bring:
- At least 18 with a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
- Preferred to have 2 years of customer service experience
