08The Team:
Evaluated Bonds Client Services Team is responsible for maintaining smooth running of the day-to-day operations as well as assisting internal and external pricing clients with services ranging from pre-sales to post-sales across different asset classes such as Fixed Income Equity Securitized Products. Certain operational tasks such as data delivery customer support and client relationships will also be part of this role.
The Impact:
The successful candidate will form a key part of the Evaluated Bonds Client Services Team responsible for maintaining smooth running of the day-to-day operations as well as assisting internal and external pricing clients with services ranging from pre-sales to post-sales across different asset classes such as Fixed Income Equity Securitized Products. Working closely with key stakeholders and other functions within the wider global team Sales Business Development Product Management Business Analysts Technology - the role requires supporting the requests and questions from the internal and external clients. Candidate will work closely with Global Team in Noida Gurgaon Singapore London and New York and would require working in rotational shift supporting all regions.

Responsibilities:
Understanding prospect client requirements and ensuring all clients/sales queries are responded quickly and efficiently.
On-boarding internal and external clients for multiple EVB pricing products and assisting them through data integration process.
Ability to conduct client calls for demos for newly on-boarded clients or for resolving any client query/issues raised and proactively monitoring data deliveries to ensure uninterrupted services to the client.
Managing daily requests/queries received from the clients and handling escalations if any and should ensure smooth delivery of set targets with desired quality parameters.
Improve service/database quality by identifying patterns of client queries and identification of opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and data quality improvement projects.
User acceptance testing for new or enhanced product functionality.
Ability to work independently communicate effectively while liaising with counterparts/stakeholders globally and work as ambassador for the team.
Must have general understanding of financial markets with good understanding of Fixed Income Market Corporates Sovereign Municipals Securitized Bonds as well as Equity Market. Also should be keen to expand knowledge.
What Were Looking For:
Education and experience
Graduate degree/ Post-Graduate or equivalent in ideally Finance Economics or Business
Must
Understanding of financial markets.
Good knowledge of different types of fixed income instruments and equities
Desirable
Good Knowledge of Microsoft applications SQL databases and Python.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Good knowledge of SQL and Excel/VBA will be desirable.
Multi-tasking time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
