Partner (Corporate and Commercial Practice)
Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site leadership role for a Partner in the Corporate Practice at Juris Prime Law Services based in Hyderabad. The Partner will play a critical role in driving the firms corporate law practice managing high-profile clients leading a team of associates and providing strategic legal counsel. Key responsibilities include overseeing transactional matters client development strategic decision-making and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate legal matters including mergers & acquisitions corporate restructuring joint ventures private equity and securities law transactions.
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate law regulatory compliance and commercial contracts.
- Develop and nurture client relationships by offering strategic high-level legal solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Supervise mentor and guide a team of associates and junior lawyers ensuring professional growth and excellence.
- Represent the firm at industry events seminars and client presentations to enhance market visibility and client engagement.
- Collaborate with other partners to contribute to the overall growth profitability and strategic direction of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: Demonstrated success in corporate law practice with a minimum of 6 years in transactional law company law securities regulations and contract law.
- Leadership & Client Development Skills: Proven ability to attract retain and manage key clients and lead legal teams effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to deliver practical business-focused legal advice and innovative solutions in high-stakes corporate matters.
- Strong Communication & Advocacy: Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Educational & Professional Background: Law degree from a reputable institution and membership in relevant bar council/associations.
