Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. This role is essential to ensuring consistency in brand messaging improving employee and stakeholder engagement and coordinating communication efforts across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal communications newsletters and announcements.
Assist in the planning and execution of communication campaigns.
Coordinate with departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
Draft press releases memos and corporate communications materials.
Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
Monitor feedback from stakeholders and recommend improvements.
Support the development of presentations reports and promotional content.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field.
13 years of professional experience in communications or a related area.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook).
