The position
As our Data Specialist you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality data that drives impactful business insights. You will ensure data accuracy and monitoring performance metrics while troubleshooting issues with data sources.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Integrating multiple data sources in a structured way to create meaningful insights
- Analyzing data from various sources to identify and resolve data quality issues while proactively recommending improvements.
- Preparing reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively and support decision-making.
- Strengthening data-driven mindset among the Field Force by developing analytical capabilities and showing data in an easy to understand way.
- Monitoring end-users system usage and performing daily administrative and user support tasks.
- Supporting the CRM Manager in administrative tasks and assisting the Commercial Excellence Manager in data analysis and insights generation and training and educating data users on data quality and reporting best practices.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in business finance data management etc.
- English and Polish language proficiency
- Min. 2 years of experience in working with sales & CRM data
- Min. 1 year of experience in administrating CRM systems
- Excellent knowledge of Excel Power Point Power BI practical knowledge of CRM systems (OCM or Veeva)
- Digital savviness and project management skills.
- Multi-task management and prioritization skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Personality and values aligned with the Novo Nordisk Way.
