Job Description
Responsibilities
Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting inventory management through data analysis.
Conducting performance analysis of various operational processes to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related
Generating regular reports and dashboards to track operational performance and provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborating with other departments to optimize operations based on data insights.
Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Excel Python R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience
Previous experience in a data analyst role preferably in retail or operations.
Experience with inventory management and supply chain analytics is advantageous.
