Educational Background: in Electrical/Computers/IT

LLB will be an added advantage

Experience: 4-5 years

Mandatory : Knowing of Tamil language & should be from Tamilnadu serving anywhere in India

A registered Patent Agent

Good Academic record (Cut off: 70 in SSLC 70 in PUC 65 in B. Tech or 60 in

Good Communication Skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Job Description:

Drafting Filing & Prosecution of Patent Applications across the world

Freedom to Operate Opinions

Invention Capturing Sessions

Infringement Analysis

Conducting Patent Workshops; Pre-&Post-grant Oppositions etc.
