Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Business Developer* to identify new growth opportunities build strategic partnerships and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong market research and sales skills with the ability to analyze trends engage potential clients and close deals. This role requires excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities to foster long-term business success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic to drive growth and expansion.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends identify potential clients and assess competitors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients.

- Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing MIS or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Edtech sector (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
