D1 Training Upper Westside Atlanta Full-Time Position
If youre driven by results love talking to people and want to grow with a fast-paced high-energy gymthis is your shot!
- Make 80 outbound calls and texts daily to warm leads
- Follow up with interested prospects to book trial classes and sell memberships
- Track activity and conversions using our CRM system
- Work closely with the GM to hit daily weekly and monthly sales targets
- Be the first point of contact and voice of our brand to potential members
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up until the sale is closed
- A confident communicator who thrives on the phone
- Passionate about fitness health and helping people reach their goals (A PLUS)
- Driven by numbers motivated by commissions and goals
- Organized detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple conversations
- Persistentyou dont take no for an answer (without being pushy)
- Comfortable with tech and sales tools (CRM experience is a bonus)
This position is directly tied to the growth and success of our gym. Youll be helping build the D1 Atlanta communityone powerful conversation at a time.
Compensation:
$13 - $15 hourly (base pay)
Commission (with hitting targets total pay range upwards of $25)
