The Royals joined the ASUN Conference on July 1 2022.
Former graduate assistants (GA) and interns have used their learning and practicing experiences with the Royals to land jobs with organizations such as the Carolina Panthers Charlotte Hornets USA Triathlon USA Swimming and Ally to name a few.
This is a 12-month 20 hour/week renewable gradate assistant position that reports directly to the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing Ticketing and Sponsorships. The GA position begins on July 1 2025. The successful candidate must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Queens University of Charlotte. There is no expressed or implied commitment to a paid position upon completion of the internship. This role is eligible for tuition remission for up to six credit hours per semester and a stipend. No housing is offered.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to enhance an individuals skillset across multiple areas including marketing fan engagement social media and ticketing. The graduate assistant for these areas will learn and practice how to assist the Assistant Athletic Director of Facilities and Events with strategic methods of planning organizing communicating and executing Queens athletic events.
