Position Summary
The Business Unit Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of the business division by developing and executing strategic business plans managing client relationships identifying new business opportunities and optimizing internal and external operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset exceptional relationship-building skills and experience in business and financial analysis.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement business and sales strategies to drive competitive advantage growth and profitability. Conduct profitability analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Sales and Account Management: Generate new business leads build and maintain client relationships and secure new business through proposals and presentations. Oversee sales targets pricing adjustments contract management and market intelligence gathering.

Requirements
