The key objective of the position will be to support the execution of the Hotels Digital Marketing and E-commerce strategy including but not limited to content updates Social media management email marketing. Reporting directly to Marketing Manager and reporting dotted line to Regional E-commerce.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels
- Managing the creation and publishing of relevant original high-quality content
- Update and optimize the Hotel content on Direct Indirect channels and online listings
- Review and monitor hotels competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal
- Manage the active presence of the property on Social Media channels
- Monitor and optimize Traffic Acquisition levers at Hotel level including but not limited to SEO Display Paid Social Metasearch
- Support the execution of the emailing calendar for Rooms F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines
- Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance
- Monitor and reply to online reviews
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing in Hospitality or Retail
- A degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and Communications
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts strategy and best practice
