Competitive Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $28$32 per hour ($58240$66560 annually based on a 40-hour workweek)
3&3 Tech Flex Program: Choose one of these fantastic options:
$3500 cash bonus

Your Role: Be a Front-Line Hero
As a Mobile General Skilled Technician youll operate from a fully equipped service vehicle serving as the go-to expert for maintaining commercial properties in Spartanburg. Your work will ensure facilities remain in top condition helping clients avoid costly repairs while delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
Performing general repairs and small service projects (e.g. painting carpentry minor plumbing)
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with appliances building elements (walls windows doors) and equipment
Conducting inspections and maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance
Providing minor HVAC and plumbing support to trade-specific technicians
Communicating with clients to confirm requests and ensure satisfaction
Adhering to safety procedures and building regulations
Using company-issued cellphone and tablet to manage work orders and communication
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What Were Looking For Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; trade school education in building-related courses preferred
Experience: Proven experience in general repairs (painting carpentry plumbing) in the commercial market
Certifications: Relevant training certifications are a plus
Physical Requirements:
Proficient with tools and equipment (e.g. ladders drills saws)
Ability to lift and carry materials as needed for repairs and maintenance
Skills & Abilities
Proficiency with power tools (drills saws etc.) and ability to provide repair estimates
Strong safety practices and adherence to regulations
Excellent customer service and professional demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read blueprints plans and diagrams
Budget management skills for project estimates
Comfort with palmtop computers (cellphones tablets) for work orders and communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet client expectations
