Job Description
Service Engineer-
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Service Engineer with a background in Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in fabrication within the oil and gas industry specifically focused on skid-based products. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes rectification of Heat Exchangers Modification and repair of Mechanical and E&I Parts of Lube Oil skid with quality control and effective collaboration with Customer cross-functional teams to ensure the successful resolve the site complaints.
Your responsibilities:
- Commissioning mandatory and warranty service and troubleshooting problems at customer job sites.
- Excellent Problem-solving skill
- Work along with contactor at site to achieving customer satisfaction
- Keep and track customer complaint record
- Explore spares parts sales and workshop repair opportunity
- Technical knowledge related of Pumps Valves safety valves Control valves Purifier OME Basic Electrical knowledge LCP JB and instrumentation
What Skills & Experience-
- Diploma In Mechanical Electrical with 24-year Experience in Customer Service department
- Possess good written and oral communication skills in English and local languages
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ready to travel extensively and work on Lube oil system Dosing skid Heat Exchanger seal gas skid.
- Working knowledge of MS office
