Join Seronda Networks as a Call Center Agent!

Location: Saint Louis Missouri (On-site Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $41200 - $44780 per year

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and solutions to their inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be crucial in ensuring satisfaction and fostering a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels including phone email and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by gathering relevant information from customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management team.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
