DescriptionTheDistrict Sales Service Representative IIIwill facilitate sales to the Divisions customers including distributors and their dealers through advice on the proper application installation operation and service of the Divisions products.
This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division.This position is field based within the Southeastern region and must be based near a major US city. Our ideal candidate is based in Georgia or Tennessee near a major airport.
Responsibilities- Provide advice regarding routine product installation along with service issues and refer more complex potential buyers questions to higher levels.
- Assist field organization with rapid and accurate responses to all sales targets technical product inquiries.
- Maximize customer distributor and dealer sales by promoting the Companys product installation methods product service and diagnostic methods and new product introduction.
- Communicate feedback from customers on any product problems modifications and alterations so as to help improve the overall image and quality of the Divisions products.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications- Associates degree in technical field
- 5 years direct HVAC or industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must be able to full perform physical functions of this role including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds crawl and climb.
- Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Prior instructor/training experience preferred.
- NATE certifications preferred.
